In April 2018, the Horia Hulubei Publishing House was registered at the ISBN Office of the National Library of Romania, according to the new regulations concerning the editorial activities, and became a department of the UNESCO Chair at HHF.
Since then, the following books have been published:
1) Şerban Ţițeica: Modificarea rezistenței electrice a metalelor în câmp magnetic (in English: On the change of metal resistance in magnetic field)
ISBN: 978-606-94603-0-6 (print); 978-606-94603-1-3 (online)
The goal of this book is to make accessible to English speaking readers the PhD thesis of Şerban Ţițeica, On the change of metal resistance in magnetic field, elaborated under the scientific supervision of Werner Heisenberg, and published in Annalen der Physik (Leipzig), 5.Folge, 22, Heft 2, 129-161 (1935). Actually, the book contains the English and Romanian translation of the thesis. It was cited by physicists like Sommerfeld, Hund, Davydov, Pomeranchuk, Grüneisen, Blatt, Kubo, Efros, Gurevich, Akhiezer, I. Lifshitz, E. Lifshitz, Pitaevski, Andreyev, etc. A paper devoted to the valorization of the thesis from the perspective of physics of the late ’70s of the previous century is included, and a list of citations, up to 2017.
2) Radu Dragomir: Fenomene de transport și dinamica de excitoni în doturi cuantice active optic
