2021 and 2022 invite us to an anniversary and a celebration of Horia Hulubei (November 15, 1896 – November 22, 1972): the anniversary of 125 years since his birth, in 2021, and the celebration of 50 years since his death, in 2022. There are several institutions and personalities eager to participate in these events, and – among them – the Horia Hulubei Foundation. However, their program is still under debate.
