HHF has a publishing house, Editura Horia Hulubei (Horia Hulubei Publishing House), where several books on physics or history of science have been issued.

In April 2018, the Horia Hulubei Publishing House was registered at the ISBN Office of the National Library of Romania, according to the new regulations concerning the editorial activities, and became a department of the UNESCO Chair at HHF.
